Just bought this Phantom 4 on ebay, used very little excelent condition.

Set my peramiters including (not in beginer mode), set flight distances and hieght etc. Full throtle stick forward taps out at about 13.5 MPH. Then when I hit return home motors right up to anout 22-24 MPH.

Its as if its in a beginner mode but its not. Ive tried toggling that mode on and off, same results.

Any idea's? Thinking re-instal the software, except so many here with new firmware problems.

You can try to restore all settings to default and then to set it up again, plus do the calibrations if you still not?

Just tried the IMU, and its hanging up in the last position change and not completing. Tried IMU cal twice now, hanging up in the same place.

Just make sure to copy the positions as shown on screen, it's sometimes easy to misinterpret what the position should be. I've been caught out a few times and had to restart IMU calibration.

As Vendex suggested a firmware refresh (and factory reset) probably wouldn't do any harm.

Which firmware builds is it on ?
