Hi guys, I'm sending my Spark for repair after countless GPS / Compass errors.
I have Care refresh but it's asking me to pay £49?! , I just want it repairing, it's less than 2 months old.

Have I missed something on thier website?

Is there any way I can speed up the repair, I have Care Refresh.

Unless it is a manufacturer defect with the AC the care refresh will require an upfront payment (excess) - it's essentially an insurance policy for accidental damage.

DJI Care Refresh Express is available in some regions, if you request DJI Care Refresh Express, you will need to pay 49$ in advance.
I've seen you didn't select DJI Care Refresh Express in the end, the shipping label will the sent to you within 48 hours, we will evaluate the drone when it arrives and then the quotation will be sent to you. Appreciate your patience.

No worries, the drone will be evaluated by the engineers after it arrives, it will be covered by warranty if it's product malfunction and within the warranty period.

Hi, spark is back from repair, it had a new circuit board which has a different serial number, when I connected it to the remote it asked me if I want to buy care refresh (which I already have) , does my care refresh carry over to this circuit board?
