I have just ordered the new platinum propellers and tried to use my loyalty credit against the order but found nothing to guide me.

  

  

Has anybody managed to offset the cost of a purchase with DJI with their credit and if so please share as to how to do it.

So what does the DJI credit equal? What is it's value?

I did and I only paid for S/H.
The problem now is when are they gonna ship it.
I placed and paid my order on 9-30-17, still waiting till now for them to ship it.

1800 point is $10 U.S if I remember correctly.

Which at current exchange 'should' be £6.70 U.K. But they give us a bit less I think.

That as well but you get credits back when you buy from DJI, not very much mind you but it all adds up eventually.

Exchange For DJI Credit
180 DJI Points = 1 DJI Credit (USD)
*The minimum number of points required for redemption is 1800. The maximum redeemable amount is 5400 points per month.
*Redemption applications can be submitted at any time and will be checked on the first working day of each month. You can only submit one application per month.
*DJI employees are not eligible for point redemption.

Yeah I am a bit the same don’t really know how the points system works and what it’s worth

SOLVED: it is not possible to use Cents of the DJI Credit.

I've got one question to the DJI Credit, too:
I wanted to use it for my order, but do not know what to enter in the field "Please enter the right DJI Credit"

I've tried the amount that I want to use, but that did not work. Not entering anything doesn't work neither.

Did someone of you have this problem, too?

In terms of the forum rewards you get 1 DJI credit for every 180 points. Once you have 1,800 points you can redeem them and you’ll get US$10 for the 1800 points - I hit 3,600 points recently and received £6.24 for the second batch of 1,800 points I redeemed. So by the time you hit 5,400 points as a Captain you will earn 30 bucks or nearly 20 quid in credit to discount purchases - so worth doing.

You can only redeem one batch of points per month and DJI audit the credit on the first business day of each month. So, if you hit 1800 in Jan and redeem them you’ll get $10 or £6.24 credit added to you DJI account for redemption on purchases within the DJI on line store from 01 Feb.

hey, for details you can refer to 18#, posted by DJI Grace. The table shows you how you can get points
and what A CW post on 15# explained so well how the points works!

Gianluca, please check Grace's reply in 18#, that's the current credit policy. It is encouraged to post your ideas initiatively, you will get 1800 points reward if the posts are classified as DIGEST for three times.

Sorry to reply to an old thread here but i have 4700 points but if i try to exchange for points in any denomination i recieve this message............ *The minimum number of points required for redemption is 1800 points.

Thanks does anyone bought like Mavic or something expensive only via DJI credits?
