I have a OSMO MOBILE and it works perfectly but when I try to make a YouTube live and when I try to start the encoder it appears the following message "please connect your aircraft to ensure image transmission" already tried with the S6, S7 and S8 and always the same message ... Can anyone help me with this?

Which App are you using? Can you reinstall the app to see if this helps?

I'm using DJI GO - For products before P4 app.
the last version. I have reinstalled the app in S7 and S8 and it does not work ...
when I bought OSMO MOBILE it worked after the last versions stopped working

Did you also run DJI Go 4 on the background?
What is the firmware version of your Osmo Mobile?
Can you please post the screenshot of error message here?
