I have heared that flying in Italy is not longer possible without special registration of the inspire? Is this true?  I dont care of fictious government laws I mean in REALITY. Flying possible without beaurocratic nonsense or carabinieri comes and makes problems?

As I flew I passed in front of the police and they did not say anything just do not fly over to groups of houses , groups of people or cross roads of high traffic you should have no problems greetings from Emanuele
