So, my controller is acknowledged in the R/C assistant when I calibrate, but not in the Phantom 2 Assistant. I tried to calibrate it anyway in the Phantom Assistant and now I can't even engage the props. Anybody got a suggestion for me?? Thanks!!

Perhaps you're not connecting the USB cable correctly when using the Phantom Assistant. Here's a good step-by-step video.

I wish that were it, but like I said, it works with the R/C assistant, but now the Phantom 2 assistant. I really appreciate the link though; cheers :-D

In the Assist software, do you have the correct controller version selected?
