As you are a captain, I would not mislead you. However, I get the information as everyone else does. We will just have to see.

New folding drones, new RC for inspire. What about something exciting for us Phantom users?

Folding drone with 1 inch (or better) sensor.   30+ min flying time.  Streamlined flying app.

This is funny that this just came out as I was in the dji store by my house buying some accessories and just chatting and I asked the guy if he had any insider info on what might be in the pipeline. He said he didn't of course but than said that he thinks the next thing will be a new osmo. I don't even have an old osmo so not sure how popular it is or if a new one is even needed.

This should be interesting for sure. One thing about DJI, they sure keep a tight lid on these things! Hoping for a new Phantom 5 myself.

It is a new range of Osmos that attach to the new Phantom 5 for aerial video and can be detached and mounted on a selfie stick or standard tripod for ground based video, or mounted on a windscreen mount for ground based vehicles.

The range will include a cheap version with 1/2.3" sensor like the P4 camera, a more expensive 1" sensor version to match the P4P, a very expensive micro 4/3 version which takes standard m4/3 interchangeable lenses, a mobile phone holder version so that you can fly your iPhone 8, an action camera version for holding standard sized action cameras and GoPros, and a special RedHotPoker version that can carry a Nikon D800 and has extra booster rockets to get the drone off the ground, but still needs an Inspire rather than the Phantom 5 to keep it in the air.

There will also be an upgrade mount available so that P4 owners can upgrade their P4s for compatibility with the new Osmo mount enabling existing P4s to fly with the full range of new Osmo models.

I think not a drone (many shots in ground). Just new Zenmuse camera. (look on refelction and end of wideo, looks like a Zenmuse lens. )

Wishful thinking?....hmmmmm P5 ...would be nice.

Perhaps a combination of what's been suggested so far, could call it the 5park

These rumors have been around for a while.  Like Apple...they will announce ...when they announce

So the Inspire 2 gets a new camera? Sweet.

I wish I were in that tax bracket. ;-)

I really doubt it's a Phantom class bird.  Likely just an upgrade on the Spark or Mavic....

Maybe DJI has realized their GEO/NZF has cost too many customers and makes the system volunteer to use again ?
Maybe DJIGO4 without all the programming errors that DJI is so known for ?
Maybe new firmware that works so all the company's existing models become flyable like in the good old days ?
