Do you have any information about Quickshot and CrystalSky

Quickshot with IOS Ok
Quickshot with Android Ok

Could we use the last Android release with CS ( by Sd card)

Crystalsky needs a Go 4 app update for quick shots to work with the mavic

Also, make sure that the aircraft itself has the latest firmware update.

But the Go4 app update isn't available for crystalsky (quickshots)

Check the Specs on that. It does refer to Go4 App: http://www.dji.com/crystalsky/info#specs

Have you hooked up the Crystal Sky monitor to the Assistant 2 Software to see if this helps?

Sorry for the inconvenience, the latest version of DJI GO 4 on CS is V4.1.6 which it hasn't supported Quickshot yet, coz the DJI GO/DJI GO 4 Crystalsky uses is not the same as the mobile device, it is the optimized version, so it might be a little delay for the update. We had forwarded this case to our engineers, hope it will be updated and support the new functions soon.

When I bought the CS I thinked we will the first to have new features. Not the last...
