The gimbal makes noise after startup and gets hot

After some time the gimbal makes noise and get hot, and NO SIGNAL error ad display.
The gimbal has been replaced by DJI SERVICE with warranty.
I have the laters firmware of drone, RC and APP (phantom 4 advanced)

Any help for me???

what kind of video? the problem appears after 15, max 30 minutes, the gimbal become hot and NO SIGNAL apperars on display. There is not always the buzz soud.

Sorry for the late reply. Now please shut down the drone and leave it for a while. For the gimbal vibration, could you please provide me with your DJI email account so I can push a beta for you to try? Let us update the firmware to the beta then get into the No Signal problem. For the video, it is the operating procedure video, you can borrow a mobile device for shooting the reaction of the app and drone after connecting.

Nothing, I think there are two problems:
1) not perfect centrate camera and its impossible to correct with the  manual maneuver suggested in this forum.

2)the gimbal is very hot and its freeze with NO SIGNAL message after connecting the drone by usb cable at pc. I tryed with two different PC.
I try to connect drone-pc without SD card and appears NO SIGNAL, I disconnect the cable and disappears NO SIGNAL.
Is it normal?


I'm frustrated because the camera/gimbal was changed by DJI Service!!! ((

What can I do? Another send It to DJI Service?!?

Hi Maur, I am sorry to say you may need to send it back again. For the No Signal case, I connect my drone without SD card, image transmission still exists. Please also provide me with the operating video if possible. For now, please send the drone back for repair. Sincerely sorry for the difficulties that have been caused, hope all can resort shortly soon.
