Hi,
I'm having a similar DISCONNECT issue. After updating my iPhone 6s to an iPhone 8+, the DJIGo 4/DJIGo apps are showing as "DISCONNECTED." Unfortunately I erased the old iPhone 6s so I couldn't see if the apps were still working on the old iPhone. I have a Phantom 3 Pro and Phantom 4 Pro and the problem is showing on both of them. The iOS is 11.1.2 - the latest update. The odd thing is that if I download the DJI GO apps on someone else's iPhone using their Apple ID, the Phantoms CONNECT and I was able to use both Phantoms 3 & 4 to shoot a job. This has worked on an iPhone 6s, iPhone 7+, and iPhone 8+ -- all running the latest iOS.

So I tried setting the old iPhone 6s up with a friend's Apple ID. On her 6s Plus, the DJI Go App works fine but when I used her ID on my old 6s, it DIDN'T work. So the DJI app doesn't work on my iPad 2017 (which I upgraded from an iPad Air and which the DJI app worked on ), iPhone 8 Plus, or my old iPhone 6s (it also did work before I upgraded to the iPhone 8.) I restored all my upgraded devices through iTunes. Maybe something was added to all my devices from the iTune restores as I was upgrading? |
