I haven't actually tried this, but on other cameras the feature emulates what will happen when you have very slow shutter speeds by blurring the screen where movement occurs in the field of view.

I so far haven't found that useful on my other cameras, so I doubt I'd find it useful here, either. YMMV.

When taking a photo, at night, with a long exposure, GO 4 shows us the image that we will get, briefly, and then returns to the normal display of the video stream ...

Yes, you are right. When the camera finish shooting long exposure, the screen will provide a preview of the picture.
