Hi all. am getting a network not acalaible error whem trying to download offline map and this since i update with the latest firmware. have someone got a solution for this?

Daniel, did you try to use the mobile data of your device? Can you provide a screenshot about this situation? Please try to reinstall your app and see if it can work well. And I would recommend you save your files before reinstalling. Thanks.

I have the same issue with my Samsung S7 ....  but my crystalsky which is on an older SW version works just fine.

Hi I am using 4.1.10 and yes i did try the sugestions above.

But please note that my 5.5 CrystalSky was able to download the offline maps without any issues at all using the current CS version.
