Hello;

I'm unable to upgrade my firmware.
AC and RC do not connect. I've tried the several options to sync to no avail.

RC is in .0830 and AC is shown as 00.00.0000

I'm ussing assistant 2 as the app does not works because there is no connection between AC and RC.

Anybody has been able to solve this issue?

Are you able to upgrade the fimware in the RC using Assistant 2?

Pons, please follow the video to upgrade your firmware. If you fail to upgrade it, please export the log for us to locate the problem. You can upload to dropbox and post the link here.
