You can - tap the play back on the bottom right with the drone still turned on and connected and this will bring up all of your footage from the flights with the option to manage/delete.

yes, deletion removes the cache and not the videos on the card

You should power on the drone, connect the APP to the drone, then go to the Video View page, then click the Play Back button which is on the bottom right, then you'll be able to delete the original videos and photos on the SD card.
