The problem was caused by the server of Here Map and stopped users from downloading offline map. Please note that Here Map will update their server this Saturday. The problem will be solved soon. If not, please keep us informed. Thanks for your patience and support.

Ok, I have found a workaround for this problem.  I just got a Spark last week and set it up, so I don't have any older version of the app or maps to work with.  However, I found a way to get maps downloaded from the Herewego app to the DJI app.

First, download Herewego and download the maps you want.  Second, I'm not sure if this step is necessary, but open up the DJI app and try to download maps, even though it will stall out.

the steps I took are as follows:

1) I deleted the the folder DJI/dji.go.v4/.djiHereMap/diskcache-v5/

2) In de Here! App I downloaded a single map.

3) I copied the folder Android/data/com.here.app.maps/files/.here-map/diskcache-v4 to  DJI/dji.go.v4/.djiHereMap/

4) Rename diskcache-v4 to diskcache-v5

After I start up DJI GO 4 All countries are showing up and the downloaded map is marked as 'Downloaded'

After these steps I even can download additional maps through the DJI GO 4 map.

Did you try the method above? If it doesn't help your problem, please tell me your current version of app and the model of device.
