Mindy, Email from DJI on the 13th says it will ship out in 5-7 days. I looked and still no change in status, or a email refund for shipping. This $2000 camera I worked my tail off to purchased and waited a month for, bought a new telephoto lens to try to use as is for demoing DJI product at Aviation day, drove 3 hours to test and can use! Can someone make it right and do something for me a valued customer. It would be great to get something above my expectations, but I just don’t feel DJI is capable of doing such thing.
