I am posting this as I beleive DJI need to address this probem as soon as possible. I have purchased a new DJI Inspire 2 with the X5S camera. I do not own the CMG or ProRes licences. When I go into the camera settings I note that there is no option to select 4096 x 2160 video recording mode. It is like this for all fps settings and whether or not I select H.264 or H.265 etc. I can select the 3840 x 2160 video recording mode but this is not what I want. I have spoken to your technical support chat and after a long session they finally agreed that the camera should support this in H.264 and H.265 and be able to record the video to an SD card. Upon inspection of the user manual I stand firm on my view that this is something that is clearly stated as available.  In the H.264 and H.265 sections of the recording mode it states that C4K: 4096 x 2160 23.976/24/25/29.97/47.95/50/59.94p @ 100 Mbps is available and this has nothing to do with the DMG or Pro Res section which is described further down. Next in the Video format section it states Micro SD: MP4/MOV (H.264, H.265) which clearly and unabiguoulsy states that the H.264 and H.265 formats are recordable to a micro SD card. According to the DJI manual I should have this option that is recordable to an SD card and not the expensive SSD drive. I bought this camera on the DJI specs and want an explanation as to why this is not available. You are contractually obliged to provide me with what I have paid for. Please can I have an explanation.

We are sorry for the confusion about the specs.
H.264 and H.265 do support 4096 x 2160, but it relates to Ratio, please select 17:9, you will see C4K. C4K.png

That is fine but there is no option for that. I am not sure what app you are using but I have all the latest apps and firmware and this is what I see
