When it comes to SSD, did your missing list include 480GB SSD?  Please provide me your case number and I will check the situation for you. And thanks for your advice and reflect.

according to the analysis of the flight record I sent, combined with the details i observed when the drone went down....the official cause was "hardware failure"

Considering your original post has been deleted, and since I previously read it and know how much time and thoughtfulness went into it, I'm guessing you got your wish and the equipment that went down with the ship is being replaced?  I hope that is the case!
