My Osmo not active after turn on. Fan rotate few second and stop. Red light on during this time. Pls help me.

When did it happen? Where did yo buy the battery?
Did you try to fully charge the battery? Please try to wipe the copper sheet with 95% alcohol and cotton swab.

Fast red blinking = Critical Low Battery

Either your battery is not charged properly or as Elektra says, not seated properly.

Do you have another battery you can try?

Solid red means non-DJI battery detected, usually the communication between the battery and the handle is abnormal, please try Elektra's suggestion.
