Hi there

My appologies for having to repost this issue but DJI have just left my earlier post unsolved. DJI state that I can change the ratio to 17:9 to get this recording mode. The point is that there is no option for this in the latest firmware of software. Please DJI can you assist me with this!

Can you provide the screenshot of your app when you are in the 17:9 ratio? Thanks for your support.

There is no option anywhere for the 17:9 ratio

Here is the screenshot again - there is no option for 17:9 size - you have removed this from the firmware which is what I am complaining about

Thanks for your update. It is abnormal that your drone doesn't have this option. I can find the 17:9 ratio in the app. I would forward this to our engineers for check. Please wait patiently.

I had the same problem, could`t get the 4096x2160 option, nor the 17:9.
I opened my Litchi App and there i had the option to select 4096x2160 with various FPS..  

Then i closed Litchi and opened Go4, and guess what...    i now have the 4096x2160 option in Go4 app as well.

Did you have SSD with your drone? Please try to install the SSD first and select the resolution in the "cinemaDNG" item. If not, please use Android system. Thanks for your support.

Thanks for the help. However just a couple of points. Yes if you open the Litchie App first and then the DJI Go 4 App you can see the 4096 recording mode. However as soon as you change any settings or close the app again it disappears.  May be a temporary solution but DJI need to address the bug.

Also I am not sure why I am being asked by DJI if I have the SSD installed. I do not have an SSD and neither of the licences. My point is that I should not required this according to the manual.

Also the Androd solution is not an option. I only own Ipads and iPhones. These should be supported as a priority

Hi, SSD and SD recording ratio is same. If u want to set 17:9, set  SSD resolution first.   If u donot want SSD, set SSD off or set SSD resolution NOTRECORD, then u will find all the ratio and resolution at SD resolution pulldown box

If u do not hv a SSD card, plz wait still DJIGO 4.1.14 to fix "SSD resolution cannot change with SSD card unpluged" or use a old version DJIGO to set SSD off...

APP iOS v4.1.15 has been released, would you please update to have a try?

I just asked the same question and I just figured it out.  Go onto the Cinema Dng side and click just below where it has CDNG/422HQ/4444XQ and click on the 16:9 it will show 17.9 4096x2160 click on that.  It will say you don't have the key but it will move over onto the H.264/H.265 side.  I'm going to to post a YouTube link I just made for this.

What is the model of your mobile device?
For Apple device, pleas update in APP Store.
