some how im locked out.....which means no flying....how do can i correct this issue?

     You have my most serious concern.  What are you locked out of?  If it is your iOS product (device) it is because there is an issue with the iOS 11 upgrade.  If it is because of the DJI GO 4 software, just uninstall it and reload it, in fact many of your problems might be resolved if you just uninstall and reload the software, firmware or app.

Could you be more specific of your issue? Is there any error message in APP?

If you are able to start DJI Go 4 and connect to the aircraft but it says "Device Locked" in red, then that means you need to log out of DJI Go 4 and log back in.

Check out the thread “Software updates again - flight database - p4p”, several of us recommend a “cold start” or reboot of all hardware components, and this often solves problems. Do not forget the iPad, mobile phone or monitor you use. Turn them off completely, not simply restart the App.

Unfortunately that might not be enough anymore, seem that forced upgrade has been implemented, guess that's why there is no releasenotes anymore!
