I made an order to buy Mavic Pro Platinum on 10th September, and till now nothing happened, while they are announcing in there website its available!!!
Any idea when they are going to ship my order?

Did you pre-pay? If you did then you will probably get it shipped out with this lot. ( just keep checking "My Orders" in your account to see when it ships. This has happened to me before. They seem to be a little behind on the shipping from when they announce availability.

They said shipped in 10 days after payment, and now it’s a month and half.
Second lie, they told me 23rd of october, and today they said sorry again. Isn’t it painfull??

Remember as well, when it does get shipped make sure you have someone over the age of 18 with an ID to sign for the package via FedEx. If not they will attempt 2 additional deliveries, if still no one to sign they will ship it back and you will have to start the whole process over again.

I'd be peeved too.  Hopefully DJI Diana can find positive results.

Website says estimated 20/25 days for shipping, there is a blue refund button if your not happy to wait.

20-25 day?? I made the order on 10th of September

I waited over 2 months for my Mavic.  It's a common problem when demand can't be reliably  determined.  Just be patient.

Yeah I understand that, but I think you have already been told that shipping had moved to late October. Believe me I understand your frustration this time last year I waited from September to December for my Mavic which was supposed to ship on 15th December. I don’t know what date dji said they would ship MPP but I think it’s only like a couple of weeks behind its schedule. Hopefully a mod will get you a clearer shipping date.

I have same with MPP combo. Ordered 4th September,fully paid straight by PayPal. Order is authorized, but not shipped. I had only one message from DJI where they said we are working with your order but we are busy so sorry but you can order battery 50% cheaper. No further notice about when and how they gonna planning send me MPP. I just waiting and waiting.

From what I was able to gather, there still isn't a difinitive shipping date for the MPP. I do see from previous correspondence dating back to late September that they provided an approximate date on 10/23, but unfortunately that wasn't a cemented time frame at that point. You're still within the estimated mid-late October time frame, as there is still more than a week left of the month. I would recommend reaching out to Online Sales by the end of the month if you don't receive a tracking number.

I understand that it has been difficult to remain patient, but the Sales team has been working to get all these orders out ASAP.
