Is there anyway to adjust the exposure while taking video or photos with the Spark?

Yes. Go to camera settings in DJI GO 4, switch auto to manual and you may adjust ISO and shutter time. There is no control over the aperture. It is fixed on 2.6 but the two other variables are adjustable.

You can also use exposure compensation to change the 'average' Spark is aiming for.
I like to set my camera's at -0.7 usually.
