Hi Susan,   I have 2 phantom 3 standard and 1 phantom professional and the pro after the 1.11.20 update keeps giving me error esc after the update 1.11.20. please send me the link of the update 1.11.30 to correct the error.

Hello Susan, after having problems with esc and video uploads with version 1.11.20 install version 1.11.30 and the problems of esc finished but the crashes (black screen or half) of video persist, use ipad mini 2 ( Retina) and use Galaxy S6 in both cases are the same problems, obviously it is DJI, and degraded Dji Go on ios and android without results ... "I need my drone, or I want to recover my money if it does not work!" (this is for DJI ) but there is no longer any guarantee ...; c

Hi LordCrist, sorry for the late response. I do not think the issue was caused by the firmware update. Please try to re-seat the pins on the side to see whether it works.

Please I have 2 Phantom 3 Pro's that were updated and now showing ESC Status error when arming is attempted. Could I please have the FW that fixes it?

I have the same problem with my P3P. Susan i have sent you a couple of PM regarding this. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi to all still having this frustrating problem.

I have also had this issue that is troubling a lot of people. I contacted DJI support, waiting days at a time for a reply. They dragged it out asking for screenshots to 'confirm the error' In the end they recommended I 'send my unit in for service'. I got fed up, found a link to the firmware on another forum (which is also on the first page of this thread I have just noticed) Installed the firmware (P3S was the one for my P3A) I can report my P3A is now functioning perfectly, all it needed was a 62mb .bin file, NOT a service from DJI.

It looks like the P3's firmware support is finished, not updated officially since June 17, and this mythical .30 update which is being dealt out like some illegal substance via PM's and support only, all seems very strange.

It worked for me, hopefully it works for everyone.

Yes if you could send me the 1.11.30 as well I would greatly appreciate it!!

I had the Esc error and updated to 1.11.30 and for a few flights at least, it seemed to help!  Excellent!

Sad that I had to find it on a russian download site!!  C'mon DJI, step up!!!  Put it in your downloads!

I'm not sue what happened but i tried the 1.11.30 update and still get errors. My drone flew fine before i updated now its a paper weight

The ESC error we mentioned here only appears after the firmware update. It seems yours is not. Please check the link I sent in PM, you may consider to send it in if this does not work.

Just to verify, do you get the ESC error message just after the firmware update? The plus icon is normal and will not affect the normal flight, no worries.

Ok, so I called customer support and they finally sent me the download link to 1.11.30. But after I finished installing it, it's saying it's 1.11.20+ as aircraft firmware. Is this correct? Because I am still having the same issue. Esc and no rotors.

I have never seen anything like this before. I have many RC radios and Flight Controllers / Stabilisers etc,. and when a fault is highlighted causing an Update - that update is available to all users - irrespective of how many experience the error. Not just a few by PM.
