I get this message on my Android phone " USB debugging is disabled. Please enable it first". What is this used for & how do I do that, do I need to download a debugging software? Thanks
In the general settings (the gear icon in the top right corner) there is an option to enable hardware decoding. Enable that and you will have better video quality.
