Hi I have no other way then write this here and ask for respectfull action from DJI, I bough DJI care program and unfrotunatly had an acciden with my drone, then I sent drone to DJI USA and never received drone back. Over half a year they ben telling to me "we will send it ASAP, and nothing" total disrespect. So awfull service, they even intriduced new model, my dji case will expire and what next.
