Has DJI stopped selling the Phantom 4?  I don't see it any longer in their store.  Also, is the Phantom 3 SE a new model?

Yes, I am only seeing the P4Pro and Advanced. The Phantom 3 SE came out a few months back.
Looks like they are making room for a new model.

     Yes on both counts for the most part.  But, you might look into a refurbished P4 at the store ($799).  They are as good as new and DJI treats them as new (for insurance, etc.)  Refurbished units can be found under "Discounts" at the store.

     I think the P3 SE is a follow-on for the P3S, basically an improved version.  It can be purchased new ($599).
