I have a mavic pro. I have dji care refresh. I sent my drone in for repair over 2 weeks ago, and it’s been over a week since DJI received my drone. I have called and emailed support numerous times. And only recieved a response once, which was to tell me I didn’t have to send in my battery? Which while informative came in AFTER dji USA received my drone. I have checked the dji repair trace site and it hasn't been updated ever since some one at DJI checked in my drone.....i would like an update.... please.
