We've connected the X5S Gimble to the Inspire 2, and when you turn the inspire back on the gimble does not move around on it's own, until we actively start moving the gimble ourselves and then it goes through it's start up process. (Sometimes you can hear a very low small clicking noise)
Once we have control of the gimble we can PAN using the remote controller using the C button and wheel. But we are unable to tilt the gimble by using the "wheel" on the remote controller as per instructions.
Calbribrated the Gimble just incase. Did make a small video but not sure how to upload from my phone.....as it's asking for address.
Sending back to Heliguy, sent them a video of the problem we were having. Which they seem to think there is. Excellent customer service by the way from Heliguy. cheers Paul
Paul, sorry for the late response, we do need the video for further analysis, since you have sent in the drone to your dealer, hope it will get sorted out soon.
