What kind of source were you trying to pay with?   A mod will see and try to help.

Based on the information provided, it seems that you've already been referred to onlinepayment@dji.com to better assist with this. Just to clarify, though, what kind of payment method did you use (personal credit card, business card, PayPal etc.) ?

I try to paid with my personal credit card. I called my credit card and the problem arent from their side.  It's writte. Cybersource rejected your transaction. I would like to pay by paypall, but it will cost me an extra 40$ by paypal -_-

Please refer to Jamie's suggestion to send email to onlinepayment@dji.com for further assistance.
The issue will also be reported to Sales Team to look into, but it is weekend right now, I will keep you updated on Monday, thanks for your patience.

i called my bank, the pending transition is valid, the fund is ready, the only problem is the cybersource  blocking the payment. and i did emailed to onlinepayment@dji.com, its already 3 days passed still not get any response.
