Hey Guys i just got my DJI Focus Thumbwheel and using it with my Ronin M. and i cant get this to work at all. anyone have this problem? its driving me nuts to spend all this money on everyting for it not to work!

That would be great if i had the Ronin MX but i have the Ronin M. when i hook up the cables that are supplied, and the p-tap power to the motor it powers up but doesn't do anything!

I am having the exact same problem. I have connected the Focus Thumbwheel to the CAN Port on my Ronin-M and powered up and calibrated the Focus Motor. When I hold down the calibrate buttons on the focus thumbwheel, nothing happens. All firmware is up to date.

i just bought the focus motor expansion module cable. the plus side of this not working for me is i went into the DJI store in manhattan talked with them for an hour regarding this. then found out that my Nikon D5 was way too big for the setup. so now i just ordered the Ronin MX. with that being said ill be selling the M. but i know for a fact the the MX doesn't have any problems.

did you actually get the Motor to move? when you calibrated it?

ok with the ronin M i plugged in the 23 expansion cable and still no luck.
