Just wondering if anybody has seen a spec sheet with the exact measurements? I have a case for my phantom 2 with moulded foam inside and it would be good to know if this will fit in it's place. I know the landing gear is a different size but I'm wondering about body.

The P3 has a wider leg base. So unfortunately it won't fit.

I have a GoProfessional case, hard with stiffish foam and both fit. The P3 is a tighter fit but not by much. 2 has a tiny bit of free play but the 3 doesn't and is very slightly taller due to legs..

I bought a pelican hard shell, interior foam case for my P3 that was originally made for the P2.  All you have to do is cut out a little foam to allow the wider legs.  Easy to do!   In fact, the guy at the dealer did the same thing.
