Not bad, good altitude but need to explore the airspace a bit. Practice slow yaw, movements etc. Play with the camera exposure settings and p/u a couple of those ND filters too. Keep up the practice.

I will give my opinion (no science here, just my opinion)
The first shot looks nice.
The second one is a bit uncertain. (what are you doing there, why are you not flying over that field or something?)
The third one has a (too) fast pan, although the tower is a nice subject.
The last one is a bit uncertain too.

So, if I may give some advice:
- Try and tell some story (show us something and only move somewhere to tell that story)
- Cut out parts that don't help telling that story.
- Fly / move slowly (set the control sensitivity and gimbal settings low) unless you have some specific effect in mind.
- Practice and learn from your own and other videos

Thank you  for your opinion. I am trying to go just a little slower I just tryed the tripod mode the other day but that video was not worth posting and now we are getting rain and cold don't know when I can get back out.

Thanks for your opinion. This is like the 3rd time I have flowen.

I do not find any obvious issue from your video. Just do more practice and fly slowly, you will get better videos. Come on!
