hi i had an update for the mavic aircraft freeze at 85% using assistant 2 twice

first time i left it until the battery went flat, changed battery and it wouldnt connect to assistant 2 or controller
i sent it for repair and they wanted €475 because of a mark on the arm and body they said no longer covered by warrenty

so i brought a secondhand mavic went to update it and the same thing again 85% freeze, this time i left it just over 10 minuits, turned it off and let it cool, powered up and it still works

i used the blackbox feature in assistant 2 to get the update log which I'll attatch below

can you tell me cause of the failures please as i dont want to spend any more to be able yo fly
as you can see in the picture at the end of the log it says null over and over which didnt copy

Is there an error code at last? Could you please provide me with the screenshot of DJI Assistant 2 when it gets stuck? I would like to check first.
