I sent the OSMO + to fix because it had manufacturing problems. I sent
it as a guarantee and I sent it for a cost of 23 dollars in the postal
company 472 COLOMBIA. How the hell are they charging me almost 200
dollars for the shipment at UPS? It's almost a third of the value of
the osmo. It's not fair that I should pay for that because of the poor
quality of their products. I did not accept the shipment and I
returned it to UPS.
