The .0700 firmware was released a few hours ago.  There was a note on this forum, a Facebook post, and a Twitter note.  
I also installed it on my Spark!

All seem to have disappeared as of writing this note.  Did DJI pull it back?

Yes, I also did the update on the Spark and by precaution a refresh on the 4 batteries and now, the message has disappeared...

That would be nice to have a confirmation from DJI about what's going on before I get the machie into flight...

The pinned note about .600 firmware was gone.

They had edited the note about the .0600 firmware to change it to announce the .0700 firmware. I added a note to the thread indicating they should have started a new thread instead of editing an old one.  Shortly after that, it completely disappeared.

Sorry, not sure why it posted my screenshot multiple times other than the fact that the forum software was being a bit difficult.

They definitely announced its release, but it seems to be gone now.

Is anybody else that installed it having any problems?

I must have just missed out by seconds.

My guess is it was pulled because the Android app hasn't published yet.

And updated firmware with old app would result in no fly warnings.

I'd expect the release to happen once the android app updates on the google play store..

You may be correct.  It would be nice for DJI to communicate what they are doing!

After instaling it my DJI GO app crashed everytime the it tried to open the drone live video feed. Had to reinstall.  ( iPhone SE iOS)

DJI seems to have serious problems to QA and communicate their software rollouts correctly:

- official DJI Go App versions  refer to non-existent firmware releases.
- Even the most current release notes for .0700 refer to version 4.1.14 of the iOS Go App, when 4.1.15 is the latest version
- Go App versions come popping up almost on a daily basis

Although I appreciate that DJI still works on shipped products, their reputation would greatly benefit if they were more consistent and cautious about what they really publish to the “real world”. What the consumer surely does not need is insecurity about the safety and actual condition of their aircrafts after the widely distributed range of software versions (“fragmentation”)

Yeah i'd say so.. I've seen early release firmware being pulled before from other devices. I'd assume your AC to be perfectly safe to fly! With iOS.

Everything seems to work fine in iOS and the goggles, but only in my office. I have to go out to test...
Interesting is the possibility to go back to .600 with the assistent.
With an Android the RC is no longer seen in the net . Works only with OTG.

The firmware v01.00.0701 shares the same features as the firmware v01.00.0700. If you have updated to v01.00.0700 successfully, you don’t need to update the firmware again.
