Hi,
Any ideas what to do.

All worked 1week nicely.

Today, nothing special, turning control on, plug the huawei tab, dji opens automatically, plug the battery on phantom, started it, gps found, controller shows green, gimbal moves, all nicely.

But, No signal in left top of screen. And, no image.
Tryed to connect in dji assistant to my PC, no connection(worked yesterday).

Tryed:
Booting all devies multiple times.
Re installing all aps,
Tryed many usb cabeles,
Tryed also ipad,
Tryed also huawei phone,
Same error in all devices.

What could be an issue?

Updated RC firmware(was the latest, but updated just in case), but no effect on this problem....

Is there any info on the app, like altitude etc.? Please try to take out the SD card, reset the camera settings, and refresh the drone's firmware if you can get the drone connect to DJI Assistant 2 again. If it wouldn't help, please provide me with the screenshots of the transmission interface and About of General Settings, and help to confirm if there is a crash before. I will help to check.

Hi, Cant connect on assistant. SD card off doenst do anything else than block the usage of take pictures. Gimbal moves when rolling with controller, but if i press take shot or video, in gallery there is nothing.

And, there is no crashs, flyed about 10minutes, so its like a brand new. =)
(and i got P3P in last year so im not "so new" in these..)

I also now tryed to connect with assistant in my laptop. No connection at all.

And, one thing more. Picture shows Poor radio signal, but its normally good so that is not the problem.
I was in exactly same area today than yesterday when image was good and all good when flying.

Also, i linked RC again, and made RC calibration again and IMU calibration. No difference.

Tryed other SD card too, same problem.. DJI support answered to do all these things what i already did, so im waiting more from there..
I just dont know what could do this.

Have you tried to install previous version of the app?
Seem that sometimes people have it auto updated without their notice.

I have been tested:
DJI Assistant 2 v1.1.6
and
DJI Assistant 2 v1.0.7

If you mean the PC app?
How i can install previous app on the tablet?

Meanwhile, i tryed the ipad mini. Cant get it connect to controller at all...

Sounds like you really got yourself a challenge. :-/

I know absolutely nothing about the apple stuff beside it would normally be white now a days or if they turn out to be red or green can be eaten.
I believe they need a special cable or need to be connected the right way around in order to speak with the DJI equipment.

Take a cup of coffee or two and i'm sure someone who know just how to, will guide you.

Yea, i think there is no fast way to get this working.. "No signal", AND no possible to get even image to the sd card tells me that there is some serious problem. Well, i can be wrong but....

And that apkpure site, i downloaded and installed that version but it says "Aircraft disconnected"..

Im done.
Service can continue with this case.

Since there is no firmware info about the aircraft, had you tried to relink the drone and RC? Please try and see what happened when linking.

Tryed link with app, and with buttons. Always shows green led after link.

I have 32days time to send it back where i buyed it so i made a straight switch to new one.

Yes, i already have it.
Now my phantom is not flying straight(or the camera shows a little side of the actually flight route), but im reading more about that....

do a gimbal calibration with the AC in this position, that might help the camera orientation

Intresting solution, il try it tomorrow. RC calibration doesnt help this problem. All calibrations is done succesfully.

I am having this exact same issue

I have the same problem here. I have also tested on other devices, updated software, etc. It always worked correctly, but simply stopped connecting to the cell phone. Connection between aircraft and control works perfectly.
I have also tried all of the alternatives that were posted on this topic.

Hi this is my problem.
My phantom 4 pro RC is not pickup the Dji Go 4 app.

Any advice on how i can fix it

I have same issue yesterday.
Have P4 Pro v2
click dji 4.0 icon on Ipad, picture of a man and a horse and a Mavic but app does not open further
Support suggested that I uninstall and then reinstall the app but I do not want to lose all my images and flight data
Additionally how can I save my flight records before total reinstall?
