Just as a matter of interest what's the purpose of the test? Is it to move responsibility for use to the user, for safety purposes or what?
Would it be a good idea to make the test part of the purchase?
No doubt we'll cop it here  eventually.

My guess is to try to get the operators of drones to understand why the drone should be operated in a safe manner at all times.

For those good at math in America :
A 3 pound object moving at 40 miles per hour has how much force ?
Those in Europe :
A 1360 gram object moving at 64 kilometers per hour has how much force ?

I understand the need for legislation but I fail to see why DJI feel the need to act as policemen after all Ford don't limit the speed of their cars to comply with countries speed limits. It is up to the individual to comply and take responsibility for his actions.

For those good at math in America :

There is no net force, force is derived from mass * acceleration at constant velocity the acceleration is zero.

F= M * A

F = M * 0 = 0

Sorry to be a pedant.

No worries,
Acceleration might be zero but it will still hurt if it hits was my point.
