I just tried the new 360 pano function(with the new firmware) in the DJI GO app. It worked well!!!

oh.... I cant say that i am impressed for that sphere pano....I noticed stich issues and exposure issues....Also its no perfect sphere...I don't criticize the pilot...Only the feature...

I think our engineers are working on that stich issues, please wait for the next version. We will improve the feature.

How did you extract the image from the app? When I saved mine to the phone it converted it into a flat panorama.

I took a screenshoot. Now I have tried to save it and I also got a flat image...

Yep, got that.....but what looks like a ball in the app turns into a standard panorama when saved to the film roll on my iphone. ball is a screen shot from the app

edit... ok looks like we have the same issue. Screen shot was easy but obviously terrible resolution.

Nice - most of us still dont have  app to try it I wonder if  brightness will be ok - if we did panos  till now (separate to 180s and separate to camera down) down pano had different light and all looked ugly without correction in ps. Still cant wait for update of app in my region. Issues on your  can be depended on wind  - till today we could do few 180 panos ale merge even 100 photos to one pano, to choose best. Now imo we will need not windy weather with this feature

I made a first test run today and the Spark did a good job imho. Couldn't stitch the 47 pictures in DJI Go 4, so I did the whole process in Lightroom. Ended up with a dng-file of 404 MB, after some adjustments the exported jpg-file in fullsize weighs a good 77 MB. Lightroom produced some minor stitching errors, with the most present one to be seen when the file is loaded in a sphere viewer (I used FSPViewer on Mac) at the point where the left and right end of the picture come together. I tried a compressed file version of a merely 10 MB on iOS in the Theta S app and this is a nice way to show this kind of work on a mobile device.

Just to give you an idea, this is the flat version:

So how do you display it as if you are inside a ball?  Or share it on a cell phone so everyone will do the 360 cell phone dance in their living room?

Wow, this is really cool! I didn't know Kuula yet and will try myself. But now this new feature starts to make sense to me, great!

I´m new in this panorama creating. The spark is the first drone i tried some spheropanorama, only to check this option out.
I´m a little confused with the result of the pano stich. I selected the taken panorama in the DJI Go 4 App and let the App do the job.
After finishing i exported the pano by using the export funktion of the app. Then i searched on my mobile device and found a panorama
picture. I expected a big filesize because the folder with the panopictures is around 150MB big, but the stiched panorama is only 1,8MB
i filesize. I wonder if this panorama is some kind of a preview because the resulution is also not that big as expected.
BTW i found the stiched panorama in the "...\Phone\DJI\dji.go.v4" Folder of the phone!

App creates always low quality and size files - guys why u dont understand that? If u want have full size pano (flat and wide 50+ MB not 200kb or 1mb) u need to stitch it on computer not via go app on mobile..

and yes - downloaded 360 pano is not tiny planet look like in app- its flat wide picture and when u upload it to e.g. facebook or so, it become 360.. left and right border will be connected by web app like insta or facebook. Remember that new feature create 360 pano - https://kuula.co/post/7lX2D/collection/7fWCl not tiny planet view like in app preview !
