Replacement P3A now has pink camera screen

I was sent a replacement drone in August by DJI. It has not worked very well as far as the gimbal goes (camera yawing-horizon tilting when turning). Now it is just giving me a pink screen. I recorded a few seconds to confirm it was pink on the SD card as well (it is). I've only flown about 10 flights I think since I received it.
Anyone else ever have a pink video?
My original P3A worked perfectly except it cracked the shell. Instead of sending my original drone back they swapped it out (for another cracked one as it turned out). They swapped that one out for this one. Just so disappointed.

Last night is the first time I have seen the pink screen. I will have to get the remaining information when I go home tonight.

Sorry for the late reply, my internet is down and I've been troubleshooting (seems nothing is wrong here, it's upstream somewhere).
Anyway the app version is 3.1.10, AC is 1.10.90 (as received from DJI], and the RC is 1.6.0

The video was working last weekend when I last flew it but not this weekend.

If it persists to appear, or can be re-produced easily, the best way would be sending to our repair center again.

I have been given a case number and have printed out the return label. Just need to box it and send it. I will check again before I box it up that the problem remains still (tonight).

So far, so good.  It arrived on Wednesday, they checked it in and repaired it on Thursday. And they are listing it as tested and shipped today. Fast!   According to the serial numbers on the invoice, they replaced the camera and are sending the same drone back.  Hopefully they dealt with the tilting horizon and the peeling stickers (I know, no big deal with those).

Correction:They have generated a tracking number but it has not been picked up by UPS yet (according to UPS).
