I had my MPP delivered on 10/17 and got DJI Care Refresh the same day. I wanted to use the DJI credit to get an extra battery and some other accessories and found out I needed to wait 15 days. I waited patiently and still haven't gotten my credits. I checked my MPP and noticed that the order is not marked as complete, so I think that may be why I haven't gotten my credits? My order #'s are 0014438380129 and 0015580398095.

DJI Credit will be available to use about 15 days after your order has been delivered. You might need to a few days to let the order status become succeeded to receive the credits.
