I can say very little of quality - I am not qualified for that.
But I have found a filter I can carefully wind on the Inspire 1 camera. I have been filming with it today and as far as I can tell it works good. It weight about 8 g and the gimbal and camera is working normal. It has outside windings - BUT on the other end it has a kind of winding thats easily winds on the inspire - just have to be careful.

Yes in my opinion it improves - can lower the frame rate
So far I am very pleased - but wish for ND 16 for very bright days

Hi Guys
I have just purchased  this, a Vivitar 37MM Grey (ND) Neutral Density ND8 Filter,
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/produ ... _detailpage_o01_s00
weights in at  6 grams??  compared to stock ND4 AT 3 grams and it screws nicely onto the Inspire,
it has outer threads also where the stock ND4 fits.

I cannot test out doors at the mo due to high winds,

Not a professional by any means so
any comments and suggested settings would be welcome and appreciated.

Regards
Mike.

I have received the 8ND from China. It does not lower the frame rate enough under bright sun. What do you need to get a frame rate of 60fps with this 2.8 lens? On the other hand, the results from the camera don't seem that bad even at 2000fps...I don't quite understand why?
