i would like to modify S900 frame to Quadcopter to achieve 35 mins flight time with 20000mAh battery.Kindly guide me in this regard that is it possible to modify the S900 frame to quard copter.

You would need a bigger battery.. Unless you start looking at different motor and prop combo

You can achieve that time by using a Tattu 22,000 mah and using a H3 3D+Gopro instead of the heavier Zen gimbal setups on a stock S900.
