Got a phantom 4 pro as a present last year december. Looking to send it in for repair as the camera is not well aligned with the drone and can't really get it to fly in a straight line.
Am based in the UK, where or who should i contact or send it to.
Drone was purchased in Amazon and is still under warranty

You might want to attemp some communication with DJI through the online chat program.

If only to start the process in progress.

Contact above to get a case number they will arrange a collection and tell you what you need to send, your P4Pro will be going to Netherlands for repair.
It’s a fairly painless process takes about two weeks from collection until you get it back.

That sounds like a very reasonable down time, and should be a breeze.

Dji have improved their service I think two weeks is very good for Drone repair service.

For the numero uno drone manufacturers that seems like a reasonable time to expect the drone to be repaired and returned,

Hopefully, it remains a short turn around, for everyone needing this service.

Sorry to hear the drone doesn't work well, here is the link to obtain our support, including online chat, email and phone. You can also fill in online repair form directly to get the case number.
Our repair center will take care of your drone and ship it out as soon as possible.
