Please help my friend bought me a phantom 4 pro in usa she is flying back to south africa but im scarred that she will get in trouble because of the lithium batteries what can we do

You could look at the website for the airline your friend is flying on and search for batteries to find their policy.

It will tell you that lithium batteries must not be in checked luggage and they have to be in carry on luggage.
