I do have a question to the sync option.
I think, lately something changed with it.
It seems to be new, that when I wanna sync my latest flights and choose "sync only last month", that not only my flights from the past days get added to my flight records in the cloud, but also afterwards I have only records from the past month in my phones record list.
The flights older as one month are gone, afterwards!
If I wanna see all, I have to "sync [...] for 6 month".
How will that be, after 6 month?

Did your last few records were marked favorite?  It will sync them if you did that. For your next question, it seems that you choose "clearing local flight records" before starting synchronization.

I do not know, if I "cleared" local flight records accidently, once.
Can be, probably I did.
But till now I was not aware, that it needs more as "restoring" the flight records by sync them all, one time.
Plus afterwards only sync the new ones for the past days/weeks.

If you sync your records, they will be saved in the cloud. Even if you delete the record, it can be synced and appear in your list again. Please ensure that you sync them successfully.
