Hi all

I have to turn my osmo mobile on twice for the horizon to be correct. The first time it is a fair few degrees tilted. Is there a fix and has anyone else heard if this issue?

Did you balance the gimbal well before powering on?

Using iphone 6. And yes the iphone is level when the osmo is turned off

Are you on osmo mobile?

No, using a different app for videos. There is no connection from phone to osmo

Any chance to take a short video about the problem? We will help to verify if there is any hardware issue.
