Hi I just purchased this new phone and it won't connect to my mavic controller. I've tried everything to get it connected,with no luck.. Please can someone help.

Had you tried to use the original cable of your mobile device, please try, remove the side cable first, plug it into the bottom port. And please make sure that the RC and drone are on the latest firmware version, also you can try to reinstall the app. If steps above doesn't help, please try another mobile device, it might be the compatibility problem.
