I ended up deleting DJI go 4 app and reinstalling...no issues now and the stitching works

Same problem for me both on ipad3 and Android phone using latest operating systems on both. I use a MAC and can't find a decent free stitching option. Hugin stitches the photos together in a giant jigsaw puzzle.

To get the sphere to work on the Iphone 6s and Iphone 7 i now use i've always had to stitch it while the drone is still powered on from the same battery. If i turn it off/stitch from another battery it has never worked, very annoying if you're taking a sphere of something any kind of distance away as there isn't enough time to get the sphere done and stitched.
