Hello,

I did check the online manual of Go 4 app but I do not understand how to read and use the red pattern of Peak Focus Threshold
There is multiple settings low/normal/high but I do not understand how to use it

Could anyone explain better if these red lines/patterns show what is in focus ?

Ok so we are two ;-)

Peak Focus Threshold will show the red outline for what is in focus. The degree of red is determined by the setting. From memory, I think the low setting will show a lot of red and the high setting will show very little red, Normal is in the middle. It may actually be the other way around but you might just have to try the different settings to see which one suits.
